West Buckland School is delighted to host a silent auction for a current season Exeter Chiefs shirt, signed by the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to own a unique piece of rugby memorabilia while supporting two important causes.

All proceeds from the auction will be shared between:

• RESTART Rugby

The official charity of the Rugby Players’ Association, RESTART Rugby supports current and former professional players facing injury, illness, mental health challenges or hardship. It provides financial, practical and emotional support, including a 24/7 confidential counselling service, and relies entirely on fundraising to continue its work

• West Buckland School Sport

Helping to fund essential equipment and support ongoing development of our school sports programmes

Auction Details

• Opens: 8:00am, Monday 15 June 2026
• Closes: 9:00pm, Friday 19 June 2026

All bidding will take place via Instagram.

How to Bid

1. Visit the WBS Sports Instagram page
2. Find the pinned Silent Auction post
3. Submit your bid via Direct Message (DM)
4. Include your bid amount clearly in your message

You will receive confirmation if you are the current highest bidder or if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on the WBS Sports Instagram page and stories for updates.

Bidding Format

• Starting bid: £30
• Minimum bid increase: £5
• Bidding is open throughout the auction period
• The highest bid at closing time wins

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The auction is run by West Buckland School via the official WBS Sports Instagram account
• Bids must be submitted via Instagram Direct Message only
• All bids are considered final and binding at the point of submission
• Minimum bid increments must be followed; invalid bids may not be accepted
• The current highest bid will be honoured at the close of the auction at 9:00pm on Friday 19 June 2026
• Late bids (received after closing time) will not be considered

Winner & Payment

• The highest bidder will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message after the auction closes
• Payment details will be provided directly to the winning bidder
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours of confirmation
• Failure to complete payment may result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder

Collection / Delivery

• Details of collection or delivery will be arranged with the winning bidder
• Any applicable delivery arrangements or costs will be confirmed at that stage

General

• West Buckland School reserves the right to withdraw the item or amend the auction if necessary
• Bidders must be aged 18 or over or have permission from a parent/guardian
• By placing a bid, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions
