Born and educated in Warwickshire, Andrew has spent many years living and working in the South West of England. Over the past three decades, he has cultivated a deep and broad expertise in general management, leadership, and corporate governance, serving in roles such as CEO, Non-Executive Director, Trustee and School Governor. He is a firm believer in strong business ethics, stakeholder value, high employee satisfaction and consistent performance.
Andrew also brings first-hand experience in organisational transformation, acquisitions, and mergers, offering valuable insight into the complexities of change and growth within businesses.
In 2020, Andrew stepped down as CEO of a prominent South West farming and rural retail enterprise. Since transitioning from full-time executive roles, he has remained actively engaged with various organisations in an advisory capacity, driven by his passion for working with people and meaningful causes.
A former parent and governor at West Buckland School, Andrew now resides in North Devon. His personal interests include country living, sports, spending time with his family and grandchildren, and travelling with his wife Jo.
