Head of Fortescue House. Teacher of English

I am Head of Fortescue which means I look after the pastoral needs of pupils from Years 7 to 11 who are in the Fortescue House. As well as that, I’m an English teacher, which is handy as I love reading! In my spare time, I’m studying psychotherapy and am a volunteer counsellor for a local GP surgery. I really enjoy learning new things and this is a fascinating area of study.

My favourite thing is to be outdoors with my horses and my dogs and I can often be seen being dragged around the countryside by one or the other of them at weekends. My Weimeraner dogs are called Wilf and Bea.
