We want to make it as easy as possible for you to join us and recommend that you take the following steps to help you decide whether our school is the perfect place for your child.

Registering for a Place
All children will need to be registered with the school before they are considered for a place.
This involves a short form, which you can download via the ‘Additional Information & Forms’ section below. Just hit the down arrow for the registration form.
Entrance Assessment
Whilst there is no formal entrance assessment into our Prep School, we would like to meet prospective parents and their children to ensure their suitability and potential. We will request copies of previous school reports and, from Year 3 onwards, review their reading, writing and maths ability.
Pupils in the Prep school do not have to take an assessment to enter the Senior School.
Becoming a WBS Prep Pupil
Hopefully, we will be in a position to offer your child a place at West Buckland and we will guide you through the processes leading up to the day your child joins us.
