As Acting Head of School and a proud former pupil, I reflect on the years I spent at West Buckland, making lifelong friends, building essential skills for my future, and exploring a wide range of academic, sporting, and co-curricular opportunities. Our school is a place where innovation and enterprise thrive, empowering our pupils to make their mark in whatever field they choose to excel in.  Celebrating our rich history while embracing the future is at the heart of my vision for our school.

As Deputy Head Pastoral, I ensure that pupils are cared for throughout their time at West Buckland School. Our House system is central to the care and support of all our pupils as well as fostering a sense of community.  All staff are part of our pastoral network and work hard to help your child grow and develop in a safe, well-organised environment.

I am Designated Safeguarding Lead for the school as well as teaching PHSE and coaching Netball.
