Mr Joe Robinson

Joe Robinson has worked in the technology industry for over 10 years in a number of advisory and executive appointments. He is currently the Chief Executive of a UK artificial intelligence (AI) company. Prior to his technology career, Joe was an academic at the University of Oxford (Pembroke and All Souls) where he studied as a Visiting Fellow in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. Whilst studying, he worked as senior advisor to the Ministry of Defence on matters of foreign policy and technology transformation. Joe spent the first 10 years of his career as a British Army Officer, holding leadership roles in capability, transformation, intelligence and reconnaissance. During his service he deployed on multiple military operations, including 7 months in Afghanistan at the height of the conflict. Joe was a pupil at WBS (97-03F) and graduated from Cardiff University with a BSC Hons (2:1) in Experimental Psychology and Criminology. Joe is married to Leanne and they have 9 year old twin boys. He enjoys surfing waves and running up hills.
